Shipping and handling are base on the weight of each item. The total

We are a mail order business who aim to dispatch your order within 7 working
days, however some items can take longer and you will be advised of any
lead times upon ordering. All orders are handled by regular air services.
Back
Orders
If any products that you order are out of stock, we will back order for
you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if
you would rather not wait.
Guarantee
All products should reach you in perfect condition. In the event of you
receiving damaged products please contact risowu@mac.com
immediately. We will replace your damaged goods at no extra cost to you,
but would ask you to return your damaged products to us.
